Return eligibility

To request a return, the item should be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, incomplete, used, or outside the return window may not qualify.

Please use our Contact Us page within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Photos may be requested so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.

Refund timing

Once a return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are generally completed within 7 days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
