Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once the order has been confirmed and processing has started. If an item is unavailable, or if a listing contained an obvious pricing or description error, the order or the affected line may be cancelled and any amount already paid is refunded.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and cover the goods only. Taxes or duties applied by the destination authority, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment is captured at checkout through the payment provider shown on the checkout page.

Shipping and delivery

Returns and refunds

Product descriptions, dimensions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Colours and finishes can appear differently depending on the display used, and minor variations between production batches are normal. Measurements are approximate.
