River Pass Layout Kit includes the materials needed to build a lightweight HO scale, 4 x 8-foot SubTerrain layout base. Risers and Inclines create hills, mountains and low-lying areas. Foam Sheets make flat, elevated areas for towns and buildings and Profile Boards form perimeters. Build up the terrain with newspaper wads and Plaster Cloth to make mountains, plains and other hard shell terrain features. Kit saves you $$$ over purchasing items separately.
